Mail stays on the same domain
Website hosting includes mailboxes. Create those mailboxes inside cPanel after DNS updates — not in Relay Mail. IMAP and SMTP for this product come from the cPanel account, not mailbox.relaytera.com. Relaytera never emails the cPanel password.
Provisioned after payment
Checkout identifies the product and plan limits before a charge. The cPanel account is created automatically once payment succeeds.
When to choose cPanel hosting
Use Relay Hosting when the site and the mailboxes should live together on a domain you already own. UK search for “email with hosting” or “web hosting with email” usually means this bundle, not a mailbox-only product. Relaytera does not sell domain registration, and it does not treat this account as a public provisioning API.

Web hosting with email
Relay Hosting is UK cPanel hosting with mailboxes included. Plans start from 3 GB disk and up to 10 mailboxes. If you already have a site elsewhere and only need branded inboxes, do not buy this product — use Relay Mail.
DNS after checkout
Follow the account-specific records in Hosting. Preserve type, host, value, and MX priority. Use DNS-only routing for mail records when a proxy would break delivery.

- What is included in Relay Hosting?
- An isolated cPanel account for website files, databases, and mailboxes on a customer-owned domain. After you pay, the account is created automatically. DNS instructions follow in Hosting.
- Do I need Relay Hosting if I only want email?
- No. If you only need branded inboxes, use Relay Mail. Relay Hosting is for a website plus mail on the same customer-owned domain.
- Does Relaytera register the domain?
- No. You keep the registrar. Use the supplied nameservers or the account-specific manual DNS records. Do not replace a valid SPF, DKIM, or DMARC policy without resolving the conflict first.
- Is this the Relay API?
- No. cPanel hosting + mail is a separate product from outbound application email. Relay API uses REST or SMTP submission, sender-domain records, and delivery traces. Public purchase of Relay API is coming soon.
- Is this email with hosting, or mailbox-only?
- Relay Hosting is website hosting with email: files, databases, and mailboxes on one customer-owned domain. If you only want mailboxes, use Relay Mail instead.
