Relay is designed to minimise external dependencies, but production operation still requires named infrastructure and service providers.

Production register status

Published register 2026-08-15 lists the active production providers below. Material changes are handled under the DPA and applicable customer notice process.

A provider is not engaged merely because its integration exists in the software. The actual register depends on the operator’s selected hosting, transport, payment, DNS, monitoring, and backup configuration.

Published providers

  • Stripe — Card payments and subscriptions. Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: Stripe Data Privacy Framework certification and standard contractual clauses.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, TLS certificates, and web application proxy. Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: Cloudflare Data Privacy Framework certification.
  • Hostingbydesign — cPanel and WHM shared hosting. Location: European Union. Transfer safeguard: Processing in the European Union under operator contract.
